Timberfest Event in Grant County October 7 & 8th 2022

Timberfest is an annual event hosted in Sheridan Arkansas on the first full weekend of October.  This year it will be held Oct. 7 & 8th at the courthouse square.  This event is home of the Arkansas lumberjack competition.  There are many other entertaining events happening at Timberfest as well.  Championship BBQ cookoff, arts & crafts booths, food trucks, childrens amusements & more will be entertaining the crowds that come from all over the state. 

Friday at 3pm Timberfest will open with arts & crafts booths, petting zoo & pony rides, live music, dog adoptions, Junior Firefighter Challenge & more!

Saturday morning there will be a rotarty club pancake breakfast(7am), 5K run/ fun walk (8am) & a parade (10am) of local businesses, volunteers, childrens organizations & clubs.

Booths & pony rides/ petting zoo will be open after the parade.  Pinewood Derby car racing check in will start at 10:45 am, Baggo tournament at 11:00, Bow shoot at 11:00, Firefighter challenge at 11:00, Car show at 11:00, Live music throughout the day, Lumberjack competions throughout the day, Pinewood derby competition at 12:00, Bingo at 12:00, Mullet contest & parade awards at 4:30pm.
